Same time same place, lol. Races to begin at 9:30pm eastern. BlackJack's room will open around an hour before race for tuning/practice/hot laps.

Why the change Poke?

Joker suggested something that was true. Street cars become very difficult to handle when over 600pp, and also with the new tire wear physics; this made more sense.

I have to disagree...at least with this car. It's awesome at 625pp and handles great.

What is 3D's opinion on the change since it is his birthday race?

We haven't heard from 3D in a while Snake. I don't mind changing it back to 625pp. I'll leave it to a vote now then.

600pp or 625pp?

I didnt mean it as they get more difficult to handle, i just think realistically street cars should go no higher than 600pp, but thats just my opinion. It has no bearing on what u guys choose to race for this wre.

I really don't care which, but decide quickly so I can set the car up.

I will say that faster racing doesn't allways mean better racing, or closer, more compettive racing.

I think we'll just leave it at 600pp. Many people may have set up their cars already. Mine is set up for 625, but shouldn't be an issue tuning it back to accommodate less hp.

I like the car at 600pp. Well over 640hp and 600ft/lb torque. She's a monster! I have tamed her down to 1:44's and 1:45's. I can get about 13 or 14 laps out of the racing doughnuts, but she gets real tricky after lap 9 or 10. Everybody will be making a pit stop for this one.

Overall, the car is good. Solid as a stock setup, if you don't feel like tuning, i'd bet the fixed sports kit would get you around decently well. Top speed is set around 250mph, but you won't hit that. Rather, it's set that high so as to use the torque of the motor to pull the car.

Awesome run by Welsh last night. The man is a freakish alien if I ever seen one! Lol. No time in the car and he's beating my best laps by .3! Damn bro.

Great job by Bee as well, keeping me honest up front. One little mistake and he'd of had me.


Another good job on turn one overall, though I did hear something from Joke. Not sure whaat happened there. Turns out the pole isn't the best place to start at DRC. I lost the lead in T1 in my heat and got Don there when I started 2nd for the feature. They should flip sides of the track for line up and put the pole sitter on the inside.

i can't find the race schedule.. i thought ties in the second heat race always reverted back to heat race 1 , it should never have to do with points race points , points race points set you up ONLY in rain delays , just because somebody did better at another track doesn't mean a position better on the track were on. give the guy who did better in the first heat race the advantage. don't kick the guy when he's down, pick em up.

The points schedule (list) is under "2011-12 WRE Points Totals", in the first post there is a link to the table of points.

We decided to go with the advantage to the points leader of the tie, so that we have a consistent method. No methods are 100% fair, but none are totally unfair either.
