| Actually, there is a bit more to the tie breaker seneros than that guys.
The first tie breaker goes to the highest finishing position in EITHER heat race. Second breaker then goes to season points and then, if needed, bonus points.
Crazy, both yourself and Bee had a 3rd and a 5th in your heats which is why I reverted back to season points. I don't see the first heat race as more important than the second race. The points are the same if the number of drivers is the same between the heats. (More drivers in one heat than the other will pay more points. Reasoning for this is last place gets 1 point and then 1 point for each position. If a heat race has more drivers, the winner will recive more points for that heat since he beat more cars.)
A second reason for using season points for one of the tie breakers is to acknoledge the drivers who show up consistantly.
I hope this clears up your question c8. I wasn't trying to keep ya down brother. _________________ |

Great job by Bee as well, keeping me honest up front. One little mistake and he'd of had me.
Another good job on turn one overall, though I did hear something from Joke. Not sure whaat happened there. Turns out the pole isn't the best place to start at DRC. I lost the lead in T1 in my heat and got Don there when I started 2nd for the feature. They should flip sides of the track for line up and put the pole sitter on the inside.
See y'all for some close karting next week! |
Thanks Dead, took a few crashes in my first few sighting laps to start to find a rhythm, but got there in the end . My early pit in the feature was enough to give me a lead to break the draft, which may have made a big difference to the outcome of the race if I hadn't shook you off there. I found it a bit of an odd car to drive, but fun once the tyres started to wear
Great job to everyone out there, especially in turn 1!_________________ Fast is Fun! WD #36 |

| On the 1st page of the thread, c8 had a concern about how the tiebreaker from the heat races was decided. My post just went to the top of this page, Bee. _________________ |
