1. What does having a RIP ID mean to you?
2. Are you sure that the Team environment you have experienced with us during you initiation is something for You?
3. Are you going to visit the forum regularily to see upcoming events, and participate on a regular basis (or as often as you can)
4. Are you willing to start another account (RIP ID) and start to build your garage again, and progress from the start of the game again. (Remember as a Team mate, we can all help you with more expensive cars, or the ones to be used in events)
5. If you have answerred Yes to questions 2 through 4 and once you became a RIP member are you willing to agree to the below "Code of Conduct" that we all have agreed to.
RIP Code of Conduct
The RIP CoC will apply anytime a member logs on with his or her RIP tag. The foundation for the CoC is based in three fundamental tenants of respectful, RIP racing. These three ideals are clearly defined as:
"Team Racing" - Team racing is a different approach than public or solo racing. This involves: (a) giving much more room (b) moving off your line in order to avoid contact, even when it may cost you positions (c) supporting and encouraging teammates.
"Sportsman-like Conduct" - RIP racers will strive to present a positive attitude at all times. Close racing will inevitably result in contact. Negative comments and snap accusations will not be tolerated. Quitting events due to frustration will not be permitted. Members must agree to follow all rules of ANY event they participate in whether RIP hosted or not.
"Rough Driving" - Rough driving is defined as racing that results in contact with another driver causing a wreck, spin, or loss of control. If such an incident occurs, the offending driver is required to find a SAFE spot to pull over and wait for the other car(s) to pass. Rough driving MAY also be defined as overly aggressive passes without contact if such passes are made in a wreckless manner or show a consistent lack of respect for other drivers' racing lines.
All RIP racers are required to abide by this code. All members must agree to this CoC by signing below that they have read, understand and accept the conditions set forth. Participation in RIP events is contingent upon your official acceptance.
