The RIP Elite Division (RED) represents the most realistic and competitive racing experience offered by RIP. These are drivers who have proven to possess the control, the attitude and the drive to be, simply, the best. These racers are composed of long time RIP members as well as the finest in new talent in Gran Turismo 5. The division is the showcase for RIP, capable of winning at every level with an emphasis on racing clean and level-headed. You just won't rattle these guy's cages. On the track you are in for the fight of your life, while off-track you will find only respect and positive attitudes. These drivers have been hand chosen by the club because they display the fine qualities to be the best.

As well as being the showcase drivers for the team, RIP's RED racers strive to inspire others of the Grand Turismo racing community with the RIP way of racing. Members are encouraged to participate in general GT5 public racing from time to time to show the GT5 solo racers what can be accomplished by one determined driver, as well as what can turn a group of individuals into a family and a club into a home.

Elite Division drivers also help to guide new members of the RIP team in the pursuit of perfection. Advice, techniques and technical assistance is just a click away. Any member of the RIP Advancement Division (RAD) can access the knowledge that has been accumulated in the depository. Everything from car setups and tuning advice to the best racing lines at a track are available at the team's website. RAD racers can also ask for direct advice from any RED driver.
